In the first ever video interview for Bad Movie – Bad Review, we sit down for a discussion of all things Wakaliwood with Alan Hofmanis, an adventurous American who co-produces the super-low budget films of Ramon Film Productions along with it’s creator Isaac Godfrey Geoffrey Nabwana. Emanating from the slums of Kampala, Isaac’s first major western breakout film Who Killed Capitan Alex, took the internet by storm with its earnest dedication to the action film genre, and its uniquely and eccentrically Ugandan flair for entertainment. The topics covered during this interview include Alan’s initial interest in Isaac’s early movies, the production techniques and challenges faced by Isaac and his production company, Alan’s role in the newly released Bad Black, the involvement of the other multi-talented members of his film studio (including the ever awesomely hilarious ‘VJ Emmie’), and of course, what (or who) the hell ‘Ebola Hunter’ is.

We hope you enjoy this inaugural episode and we invite you to please like and subscribe to the YouTube channel for even more of this kind of nonsense. Enjoy!
